These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Nisshe website and the purchase of products from our Johannesburg boutique. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Nisshe website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy/POPIA Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.
2. Products & Pricing
All products are subject to availability. We make every effort to display colours and fabrics accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings. Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable VAT where required. We reserve the right to change prices and availability without prior notice.
3. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only accepted once payment is confirmed and you receive a confirmation email from us. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, in which case any payment will be refunded in full.
4. Payment
We accept PayFast, Ozow, card, and EFT payments. Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched. By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation and delivery takes 2–4 business days within South Africa. Delivery times outside South Africa may vary. Title and risk in the goods pass to you on dispatch. Please review our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy for full details.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 15 business days of delivery. Please refer to our Refund Policy for the full procedure and any applicable conditions.
7. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information when placing an order. We are not liable for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect details supplied by you.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including images, logos, text, and designs — is the property of Nisshe and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nisshe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased from it.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Govering Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
