Dispatch & Delivery Times
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery then takes 2–4 business days within South Africa. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Remote or outlying areas may take slightly longer. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Order Tracking
Every order is shipped with a tracking number. You can follow your parcel's journey using the courier's online tracker once you receive the link by email.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. We are not liable for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping fees may apply.
