To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

- 2Ensure the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- 3Return the package to us within 15 business days of delivery.
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it's in good condition, we'll process your exchange or refund promptly.
Refunds
- If you're eligible for a refund, we'll process it to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will include the item's purchase price but exclude shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error).
- You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
